April Poetry Madness - vote to seed your favorites!

In honor of April being National Poetry Month, my students and I are organizing a Poetry Book Madness tournament #2016APM. Thank you so much for all those of you who shared your favorite children's poetry books in our previous post.

We would like to narrow down the submissions to a bracket with 8 books on each side: the "classic" bracket (books published before 2010) and the "newbie" bracket (books published since 2010). Please vote for your top 5 favorites in each category.

    1. Thanks for participating, Linda! The brackets are out today, and there has been much dismay as kids are forced to reckon with favorites pitted against each other!
